Bob likes to brown-bag it for lunch during the week and you know how you can get in a rut with packing the same old thing. So I am always trying to come up with some interesting sandwich fixings. This chicken salad has a little zip to it and he really liked it.
Chicken Salad with Zip
1 12.5 oz. can of white mean chunk chicken
1/2 cup Ranch salad dressing
2 TBSP. chopped dill pickle
3 TBSP. fine bread crumbs
1/4 tsp. pepper
Break up and flake the chunk chicken. Add all other ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate.
